Privacy Policy

Privacy
Your images aren’t shared by default.

This page explains exactly how image use works at 615 Photo — in plain language. Short version: your privacy comes first, and nothing is shared without permission.

How image use works

I photograph families, professionals, and businesses — and each group has different expectations around privacy. The policy below applies to every session unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Default
  • Your images are not posted automatically.
  • No social media, website, ads, or promotional use without consent.
  • Especially important for families, kids, executives, and teams.
If you say yes
  • You choose which images may be shared.
  • You can approve limited use (example: website only).
  • You can revoke permission later — no drama.
Families & children

Family privacy matters. Many clients prefer to keep images off the internet — that’s normal and respected.

What to expect
  • No tagging, sharing, or posting without permission.
  • No “model release pressure” at the session.
  • Private galleries delivered securely.
Common requests
  • Private family sessions (not shared anywhere).
  • Selective sharing (one or two approved images).
  • Time-delayed sharing (after holidays or announcements).
Professionals & businesses

Branding and commercial work often involves different usage needs. Everything is still opt-in and clearly defined.

Headshots & branding
  • Images delivered for your use — LinkedIn, website, marketing.
  • No reuse in ads or promotions without approval.
  • Video content follows the same rules.
Commercial work
  • Usage scope defined before the shoot.
  • Content libraries respected as client-owned assets.
  • No cross-brand use without permission.
Bottom line: You’re hiring me to make images for you — not to build my portfolio at your expense. If you’re ever unsure how something will be used, ask. I’ll give you a straight answer.
